A very positive dinner experience. on the A7 carbahn we were looking for an alternative to the restroom for dinner. we found this family-run restaurant only 5 minutes from the autobahn. the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, eating was great and plentiful, the service was very friendly and the price very favorable. we even got a welcome drink and one at the departure. a very good alternative to a fuel station if they have a little more time. it is worth it.
We arrived without a reservation and a few table were still free. The selection of food and beverages is big. We had the joint grill plate which was enormous. It was very good. The dry Croation red wine was fair. The prices are very modest...compared to what you get. We had the excess meat nicely packed for our nexr meal home. There are meters to walk to our hotel Kiek In.
