No cunning for the guest we had booked from 12.6.22-26.6.22, but had to leave on 21.6.22 due to a sorrow in the family. The full price incl. catering was charged to us. A correct merchant withdraws at least the saved expenses for the catering.The card terminal was defective, a payment on account was refused and insisted on immediate cash payment.
