We visited this restaurant in January with some skepticism as we are not big fans of fish, but we were pleasantly surprised during the menu tasting! Each dish was a delight for the palate, with flavors so perfect that we didn't feel the need to add any seasoning. The other diners were also impressed and eagerly anticipated each new dish. Despite the multiple courses, we didn't feel heavy afterwards, but rather light and satisfied. This restaurant truly rekindled our love for fish. As a devoted meat eater, I would happily forgo meat for a month to dine here. The break was a blend of delicate and sublime flavors, and the service was impeccable. We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant with top quality ingredients, expertly prepared dishes, and perfect seasoning.
