But unfortunately, I've had two bad experiences with the same employee – he's from Deir ez-Zor. Although he speaks Arabic, he was unfriendly both times and made my kebab very carelessly. He just packed everything in without asking what I wanted, and the taste was really bad. I still had to pay and didn't get a new one. I'm writing this because I really appreciate you and would love to come back – but please make sure something like this doesn't happen again.
