When I arrived the place was semi busy and the only tables available where... read more I had read in several places that this was a great lunch spot in old town Neuchatel. When I arrived the place was semi busy and the only tables available where not cleared. But after I asked the waitress if I could have a table she told me to sit where ever and She quickly cleared table. she quickly returned and with limited English help me figure out the menu which was in French. I had the ham and cheese with tomato spread (what I know as a panini) and it was absolutely delicious. It also came with a salad which was just ok. I also ordered an house made fresh ice tea which was just amazing. .i really wanted to ask about the flavor as i could not figure it out but it was delicious. If you have a small group or if your in Neuchatel alone. I would recommend grabbing a sandwich here and an ice tea. They also had several yummy looking deserts and the cafe smelled good too. Lots of locals where eating here so I feel like I had a good local experience.
