Food very good and tasty. Service is quick and nice, but unfortunately the communication isn't that good, but there's no question that effort is being made. Ambiance typical Asian restaurant. All in all, I'll definitely eat there more often
Unfortunately I have to revise my 5 star review from 3 years ago. The last two times were just so disappointing: Last time we were given a menu to order straight away, but then we weren't served for over an hour despite asking. Another half hour later the food arrived but no drinks. They only came after we had long since finished eating and were actually just about to leave. This time we were ignored for almost 40 minutes, 3 tables that came after us were served, while we only got the card after the others (who were there after us) had just received their food. And only upon request. At least the drinks went relatively quickly, the sushi then took another 20 minutes. That would have been ok if my partner hadn't just served the food. My food (including sushi) didn't come until another 20 minutes later. The tuna in my baked roll (tuna tempura) was completely cooked through. That doesn't work for sushi at all. When I pointed out that this wasn't okay and that I didn't want to eat it, they simply didn't understand me. When asked “pack it up?” I simply said yes. My friend's mini baked tuna, on the other hand, was raw inside, as it should be. So it works

The food is absolutely delicious . There's a wide selection for all ages, from udon to sushi – they have it all, and it's not just on a plate, but beautifully presented. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service, despite our great anticipation. We placed our order over two hours ago and received an order confirmation with a one-hour delivery estimate. Since then: no delivery, no response, and no way to contact them. We have tried calling multiple times (eight times! , but without success. Especially in the restaurant industry, reliability and accessibility are essential for delivery services. Very disappointing; this erodes trust.
