There is also a button for asking for th... read more This café chain offers small devices located on all tables. If you press on one of the buttons it calls for a waitress. There is also a button for asking for the bill. You 'd think these buttons would make the staff move around the café faster and more efficiently but that is not the case. I ordered a cup of hot cider, and a regular cheese cake (there is also a vegan option made from tofu and a homemade strawberry jam). it took about 10 minutes for my menu to arrive, 30 more minutes for my cake and cider to arrive and I had to wait extra 10 minutes for my bill. I 'm not saying that the waiters waitresses aren 't nice but perhaps the call system is very flawed. Another thing is the bathroom, the place has only one bathroom stall both for men, women and the disabled (all in one). The door to the bathroom is huge! It is right in front of all the Cafe 's indoor tables. The lock of the door is a bit tricky because when you close the door it still looks like it 's slightly open. If you want another bathroom the Globus shopping center where the café is located has another restroom for the center itself. With men and women separation, more stalls and functional doors. The cake and cider were delicious but I would have liked the service and the bathroom condition to be improved.
