I had my toddler with me, and they even gave... read more I visited their shop to purchase a gift basket, and the staff at the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful! I had my toddler with me, and they even gave him a complimentary mini cookie. When they brought out my basket (which was freshly made in the back, not one of the pre-made ones on display), I mentioned that I needed to put my son in the car first and would be right back. The employee kindly offered to take the basket to my car for me! By the way, the recipient of the basket said the baked goods were delicious. However, for me, it's their exceptional customer service that will keep me coming back as a repeat customer.
