Lamb mechoui: stringy and nervous meat (40% , tasteless and very fatty sauce. We brought the materials back to the son's house to avoid traveling from Nescher to Auzat because of the price of fuel, but there is no discount following our 40 place settings at 14 euros per head of pipe...
We called on Fredobroche for a birthday. He made a suckling pig for 30 people and everyone enjoyed it. The quantity was more than enough because we were able to eat it the next day. The chef is very friendly and accommodating. He delivered to us in the afternoon for the evening. Go see him with your eyes closed for your events.
Fredo is an incredibly kind person. Arranging and serious. We hired him for our wedding. The meal was very good and plentiful. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact him again for future events. Thanks again to him
