Godt brød is an incredibly cozy cafe with a wide variety of baked sweets, sandwiches and coffees. They have both pre-made sandwiches and offer to make a customized sandwich. Out of the baked buns/sweets I would recommend the sommerbolle and their chocolate chip cookies. They also make very good coffee and hot beverages, specially their hot chocolate! I ordered a cafe latte; it was cold. But that isn't the matter. The tables were dirty and sticky, and the bathroom was awful. I took pictures, but I don't think I should attach them. I was at good bread holmen a little before 16:00 on 15 March 2022. It is a day I will never forget. Worst customer treatment and behavior by a strong and tall female Norwegian employee with no courtesy and mega rude. The fact that she screams at me as a customer in front of everyone else for no specific reason and can speak in a nicer way when she is such a responsible and grown woman. Little welcoming and I think it is hair-raising that you as a customer are treated with such behaviour. And when I talk to her, she runs away and doesn 't want to talk and waves her arm that she doesn 't want to talk. This is absolutely not okay. I myself have several customers who are regular customers at good bread holmen and I will tell them the bad treatment and recommend them NOT to come back. Hair-raising behavior and absolutely unacceptable!! Food for impudence!
Very nice and cozy place. Both service, product selection and location.
Make it a bit simple with a lot of fat in the form of oil, pesto, cheese etc, but good pastries.
