Unfortunately, we then sat for an hour without being noticed by the waitress. A colleague went to the bar to ask if she could bring us water, as she had not been with us for a long time. Then something happened that none of us present understood, the waitress came and started angrily shouting at us that she had a full pub and that she couldn't focus only on us. Don't be angry with us, but we understand that you have a full pub, but you can't afford this behavior towards your guests. The way you looked at us sourly all evening and when someone from the kitchen came to the bar you gossiped about us in front of him and the person in question then looked at us was quite unpleasant. I would also like to commend the other waitress (young blonde) who served us after this incident, she came with a smile and was very nice. It was a hell of a difference!!! I tell the waitress (the one who had a problem with us) to learn not to vent her emotions in front of the guests!! And one more note, don't be so unpleasant to your younger colleague who, unlike you, knows how to treat guests! This behavior actually spoiled the whole impression of the evening spent in the restaurant, despite the fact that the food was really excellent. We were quite sorry for this whole situation when a guest comes to the restaurant as if he is a nuisance.
