Taylor's Bakery - Nerang

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The coffee was excellent, the food delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. The staff was always friendly, efficient, and well-dressed. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty.

The coffee is excellent, the service is fast and friendly, the opening hours are great, and the staff is willing to accommodate any request. I highly recommend this place.

Always a pleasant greeting in the mornings from the friendly staff, who provide a good feed and an amazing coffee. Also would check out the butcher shop opposite ????????????????

The owner told us the free sauce he keeps on site is contaminated with Salmonella in an attempt to upsell the pre package sauce. Gained 30 cents but will not be back.

I spoke to a few people today, about their horrid experience at this bakery which was similar to mine, which prompted this review. I have been here about 10 times. Whenever you are served by the older gent or lady, you get rushed, hurried and rude service. By older, they look like they are in their 40's or late 30's. The younger girls are usually great. I think the lady and the man in question are the owners, and seriously should step back and learn from their younger workers. Every single person at my group of local friends said the same thing about the rude, short and impolite service you get from these two people. No thank you, no hi, or how are you doing. It's just "What would you like?" and hand over the change without so much as a thank you or hi. I have never felt more insulted in my life. I wanted to throw the food in their face and tell them to wake up to themselves. The last time, I just gave the vanilla slice back and asked for my money back, as he was just rude. I don't care how busy you are, customer service is paramount. The cakes, slices and pastries are okay, but nothing to write home about.
