I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and it felt like the staff didn't want to be there. There didn’t seem to be a manager present, and most of the employees looked younger than 18. They forgot half of our order almost immediately and then wrongfully accused us of requesting extra items. My salad was incredibly dry, and the sauce container fell into it not once but twice. It's disappointing to see how much this place has declined.

The service is good, but they don’t provide the promotions that other Subway locations do.

Never seen such pathetic service in all the years I've gone to subway. Kid can't even get a sandwich right. Absolutely useless.

My partner ordered a footlong Pizza Melt, but the girl accidentally added ham without him noticing. When we got to the checkout, they tried to charge us $13.95 instead of the correct price of $9.95. My partner asked about the discrepancy, and the girl called over the manager, who explained that the ham had been added by mistake. My partner clarified that he didn’t want ham, but when they attempted to remove it, the cheese came off with it. He was understandably frustrated and said he didn't want the sandwich anymore. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and charging him the correct amount, they ended up having to throw the entire sandwich away. This experience showcased extremely poor service from Subway.
