This place has a great thing going. Really good meal deals. Good quality seafood. Good service. Everything you expect from a local fish and chip joint. Never had a bad experience when we have eaten from this place.

This place has the best fish and chips on the Coast! The Calamari is to die for, best I had ever had. Tender, tasty and perfectly cooked. The fish was beautiful and fresh, not greasy (even though it was battered!), crispy chunky chips and great service. My family eats here weekly, and now I see why. Love love loved it!!

We visited Oceangrill after buying their Living Social $15 meal deal. Wow, what a whopping feast Mark served up for $15, great value. The Deep Ocean Cod was very good and calamari simply OUTSTANDING! We normally travel down to Tweed to our favourite spot. This is the best we've tried on the Gold Coast... Thanks owner, Mark, you're a warm and friendly host and a superb seafood chef. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Highly recommended, superb seafood and value!
