We arrived at 6pm and ordered our meals separately there were around 27 meals in total over 7 orders at 6.15pm, at the time of ordering we were advised that the... read more We arrived at 6pm and ordered our meals separately there were around 27 meals in total over 7 orders at 6.15pm, at the time of ordering we were advised that the would be a 30-minute wait which was fine. At 7pm our meals started to stagger out of the kitchen a few at a time and were taken for a walk around the restaurant before making it to the table. At 7.15 we were missing a total of 8 meals basically 1-2 left off every order. We advised the staff and were told it was our fault as we order so much, and the meals would be out soon. After another 30 minutes, still no more meals We asked again and were told they would be out when they are ready, asked to speak to the manager told he was busy. We could see him hiding around the corner not wanting to deal with it. After Another 15 minutes, several of us decided we would get a refund, I saw the manager and asked him for the refund and advised of the situation he could not have given a stuff. He told the girls to do the refunds as he was going to the Football.

Each family group (7 in total) ordered at 6.15 and was told it was a 30 minute wait for food, no problems its a busy night. Food comes out and meals are missing for 8 people. Advise staff and are told it is our fault as we ordered separately and the meals will be out soon. After 45 minutes some of us go to get our money back as can not wait any longer. The staff could not care less, there was no apologies and the manger told the girls to deal with it as he was watching the football. If you cant cater for 30 people don't take the booking. When you can't serve a bowl of chips, wedges or Nachos in 90 minutes you should not be there. I would not waste my time on this place again.

The only interaction was when the meal was brought to the table and placed in front of me. My friends also didn't think it was worth the cost. Save your time and money. Giving this place 1 star is too generous.
