Hello, I want to give an objective opinion, that of the former employee. I had the chance to be able to work a few months with the restaurant of Nérac and enjoy its famous dishes!!!! I will never thank Benjamin enough for his professionalism and goodness. The arrival is sumptuous in a building of character and a beautiful environment but, unfortunately, the interior is sharp (4 tables). The kitchen is very far from being up to the other restaurants of this brand despite certainly the desire to do well! I am extremely irritated to note that prices are not justified.
