If this is how yo... read more The manager seemed unable to communicate properly. The cashier, Morgan, acted as if she couldn’t hear me, and a second cashier was rude to me. If this is how you treat customers, I don’t want anything to do with it. I went through the drive-thru and told them I had two orders. She took the order incorrectly from the start and then blamed me for her mistake.

I have been to KFC twice, and the management has been very disappointing. I ordered four dark meat thighs, but after paying, they came back three minutes later... read more I have been to KFC twice, and the management has been very disappointing. I ordered four dark meat thighs, but after paying, they came back three minutes later to say they were out of extra crispy thighs. They tried to offer me the original recipe instead, which wasn't what I wanted. A few days later, I decided to give them another chance and ordered extra crispy thighs again. At first, they said they only had three, but shortly after, they said there were only two left. When I asked for wings instead, they told me they had no wings or legs available. The management is really poor.

I'm still having issues with the price of a meal. Nothing special about this location. I went around... read more The new saucy nuggets at KFC are fantastic! I hadn't visited a KFC in years, but this was the best fast food chicken I've had in quite some time. I went around noon on a busy day, so the freshness was excellent. On previous visits during slower hours, I experienced older grease, which was disappointing. KFC can be hit or miss for me, but this recent visit gave me a bit more hope. I rated the atmosphere a 3 simply because I used the drive-thru.
