A beautiful guesthouse with a good location in the Uhliská farm area, where you can taste local home-made specialties, or visit a mini zoo or go horse riding directly in the farm area. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant serves specialties of Slovak cuisine, but they also have a children's menu .I highly recommend it for families with children... It was fine in Gazdovský dom. Positives: Clean, fragrant, nice kitchen, nice bathroom (watch out for children, very hot water flows). Possibility of eating (about a 3 minute walk). The nice smiling and thorough lady who cleaned the accommodation, everything really smelled there... She also lent us a hair dryer, since it wasn 't in the bathroom, she was wondering if we were missing anything... Nets on the windows. The unit is a few meters from the apartment. (Narrow road without pavement). Beautiful surroundings, animals... What bothered us during our stay: It is dark in the accommodation when the curtains are closed (they hold very badly, they fall), or you can see inside, which is especially unpleasant in the evening. One fan is really not enough in this heat, air conditioning is there to consider. Breakfast a little weaker, especially as far as pastries are concerned. But enough, we weren 't hungry.. we lacked fruit, more vegetables (there was only salad, not everyone can eat cucumber...etc) weak coffee, breakfast, you have to order a better one at the bar, who likes stronger... We just walked for breakfast, (but not every day, you can 't eat the same thing all the time, so no idea) since we were still on trips, so I can 't evaluate the kitchen any further, it closes at 8 p.m. A little less contact with animals than we expected.. What was really bad were the mattresses on the double bed , it was a single bed with an extra bed, the mattress was divided into two single beds, thin, hard, extremely uncomfortable. This is sleeping for 1 night..not more..my back pain got worse on it... I hardly slept at all for three nights. The child had the same folded bed, a double mattress, so at least he slept well. The kitchen was missing: a colander, a pan, any cleaning agent except spring, which was there. Despite this, we would like to return, but the mattress is a major problem for us because of back problems .... It was a replacement holiday in a hurry, as we had to cancel the original date elsewhere due to illness.. It was not bad at all in a hurry.. The place is not very strategically located, it is a little further away, but thanks to this you will experience divine silence at night. Apart from the banging gate and the neighboring roosters, who really have an alarm clock with the first rays, (maybe even earlier) I recommend going to bed early. Improvement ideas: blinds/blinds. A two seater folding couch in the kitchen, a table that can be moved... and a light above the line (it didn 't work in the hood, instead of the light above the line, the cables are sticking out of the wall) would add a lot to the quality of the accommodation. Silencer for the gate. A Mainly normal, full size mattresses, not those for an extra bed...... Well, at the beginning it looked bad: We were greeted by a broken lock, a problem to unlock and a creaking gate.. we solved both problems ourselves.. the lady who cleans is doing a good job.. but the maintenance man is apparently not in time.. because he should also mow. Change the lock... Grease the gate..etc.. you need to focus more on it.. it 's a shame, leave it alone.. let it live its own life.. Nearby activities: Playground, walking opportunities, lookout tower. Another nearby ranch.... Nearby spas Trenčianske Teplice, Piešťany. Trenčín forest park Brezina, Skalka.... There is so much to do in the surrounding area.. Walkability: Food unit, playground, mini farm. Food drinks: Possibility of catering. Noteworthy details: Extremely uncomfortable mattresses in the Landlord 's House on the double bed in fact, it 's just a single bed with an extra bed... You have to be careful, because the room on the ground floor has a window to the common corridor, I really can 't imagine the ventilation there.. luckily we were upstairs... Door handles creaking....
