The food options are great and well served and presented in the plate. Missing more exciting vegetarian options. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The place is nice, very pleasent to have a meal at the terrace. The food is ok/good and the service was also nice. There were 2 things I didn't like and I would suggest correction: I had asked for a Birel, when it came it was a drafted non alcoholic beer. I asked again if it was a birel, I was told by the waiter that it was. It was flat and not a birel but some other brand of beer. If you don't have what the client politely requests why lying to my face twice? The lady who was a more experienced professional, brought me then a drafted non alcoholic beer that was presentable and drinkable but still not a birel. At this point it didn't matter, but again, clients are not stupid so don't treat them as such. Czech was spoken so it was definitely not a language issue. I wanted to address this directly to the waiter but she never came back and I had to leave. I'm writing it here now. The second thing is more a personal taste and also a suggestion: try to fry fresh potatoes rather then the frozen ones, it will take the clients experience to a next level trust me. All the best.
