Dining here is always a delightful experience. We shared the seafood tower, and it was absolutely delicious. The chef prepared a ceviche with scallops that was simply amazing! View all feedback.

I generally do not rate, actually this is my first but regarding my previous comments, I failed to mention the fact that for my 4 guests I was embarrassed that I recommended eating at Aqueous. Yes embarrassed. Most restaurants were closed so service should have been adequate! View all feedback.
This is the mid range priced restaurant at Nemacolin. Service was efficient. Grilled salad was not grilled...just lightly torched and very cold. Otherwise our meals were good. Ambience is lovely and Falling Rock Hotel is beautiful.

Scallops and Filet were both done to perfection. Shrimp cocktail was excellent.
