Reviews - Ruby Coffee Roastery
Reviews summary
Ruby, a roastery-café in north-central Wisconsin, delivers meticulously crafted, fruity and balanced coffee in a warm, small‑town setting. The team’s passion shows in sustainably packaged beans, single‑serve travel cups, and smart pour‑over service that keeps coffee hot. A compact menu features house-made sandwiches and parfaits; friendly, knowledgeable baristas create a welcoming tasting-room vibe. It’s a hidden gem worth the drive, though café hours are limited by its roaster-first focus and occasional service hiccups during training.
Was Anna Z at Ruby Coffee Roastery a mag?
Ruby has completely changed my perspective about coffee. There is so much care and flavor put into each coffee bean. Packaging is sustainable. Thought their products couldn't get any better and then they released a single cup serving. Perfect for traveling and while I'm at work! View all feedback.

This place is incredible and a real pioneer for the area! You really can't top it! The staff is extremely friendly, the atmosphere is spotless, and did I mention the coffee is fantastic? Do yourself a favor and pay a visit. Support these wonderful people and indulge yourself!
I took a special trip to this place on a chilly winter day, and it was absolutely beautiful—definitely worth the hour-long drive. The baristas were fantastic, offering friendly service and a wonderful coffee experience, just as I had hoped! It was enjoyable to chat about everything coffee-related. I truly appreciated the passion that each team member brings to their work.
The coffee is truly exceptional, and the café has a charming and cozy atmosphere with plenty of space to relax. I really love Ruby's!
Ordered the Sunny Tea Latte and it was really good. The prices on the food are a pretty big turn off though. Zest is still my favorite coffee shop

This place isn't open to the public, so don't make a special trip for coffee like we did. It was just a sponsored Google ad. It's more of a roaster than an actual coffee shop.
We enjoyed some delicious artisan coffee, a house-made ham sandwich, and a parfait that we ordered. The atmosphere was really nice, and I would definitely be a regular if I lived in Stevens Point!
I did some tree work for the owner, and he generously gave us a bag of coffee. I received a lighter roast, and it was incredibly smooth. I'm a huge fan of Black Rifle Coffee, but this one is really great too. The best part is that it's only a short drive away if I want to get more. We will definitely be ordering more, as it's super fresh and perfectly roasted. Thanks again—I'm officially a new customer!
