What Jed S doesn't like about Vanilla Bean Cafe:
The food is good, when they get it right. Ordered 3 meals 2 were wrong. Then it felt like we were an inconvenience to the cook when we indicated it's not what we ordered. To be fair the young waitress was nice, just the older lady who was the cook was very dismissive. I had to ask her to take the meal back, no apology what so ever. Shame, will not be returning again for our Saturday brunch. View all feedback.
Nestled within a Richmond medical center, this café is a delightful surprise. The coffee is excellent, and the sandwiches are exceptionally fresh. You’re also welcomed with a warm smile as soon as you step inside.
The coffee and food here are excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.
The staff is excellent! It's a lovely sunny café with great coffee. You can call ahead to order your coffee and scone, then use the drive-thru to pick them up.
The coffee here is delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff is fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful, too!
We always stop by this café when we visit family and friends in the Nelson area. It's a wonderful spot for coffee and delicious treats. In the winter, there's a cozy indoor area filled with sunshine, and in the summer, we enjoy the outdoor seating, especially when we're out walking the dog. Today, we hosted a surprise morning tea for my mother-in-law's New Year's birthday, inviting some of her dear friends. The staff were amazing, and we can't thank them enough for making our morning so special.
