I highly recommend trying the Large Ham and Cheese and the Pizza Squash. Both dishes were exceptional! The service was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. A fantastic experience all around!.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Nelson:
When I asked if the total price would be $39.99, he confirmed, so I went ahead and ordered extra chips and swirl rings. Unfortunately, it was a very frustrating visit. The assistant was uninterested and unhelpful when I asked for suggestions on flavors for the lumo.

Ordered from PH and via Uber Eats. All 3 pizzas turned up squashed into the back of the box, with one being tipped completely upside down also leaving most of the toppings over the lid. It may be PH, it may be Uber Eats, doesnt matter PH has overall responsibility. Disappointed. I have photos of pizza mush. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$40–50

Staff need to learn how to take an order, once they realise it’s wrong they won’t let you change it the correct one. Waste of space learn how to understand the customer lol. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Nelson. The pizza I received was cold, dry, and completely flavourless. It felt like I was eating cardboard. To make matters worse, the delivery service was abysmal. The delivery person called me and asked me to come out to his car instead of delivering to my door. This is unacceptable, especially when I’m paying for delivery. I will never order from Pizza Hut Nelson again. Save your money and avoid this place!
