Yesterday 2.09.22 I purchased a grilled chicken groumet meal large This cost around $20.. The chips were half full No ice in the drink No straw 1 napkin And the very expensive burger, just disintegrated in my hand Making a very mucky experience This meal was not worth the money and mess 1 napkin was not a help at all Cheers, I think you owe me 20 View all feedback.

I use the drive here quite a bit (probably more than I should: generally, eating is quite good, and the service is friendly and efficient. in the last 12 months had a few job errors and a sub-Pa combo, but the management made it right. no organization is perfect, and sometimes it's quite hectic in there, so everything in all I'm a more satisfied customer.
How a Macdonald messes up every single order, I've made, I'll never know. Usually I'll let it slide but tonight it absolutely ruined my dinner and I tried riding 6 times to let them know how I felt but no one answered. The state of this restaurant is an embarrassment. If I order something I expect to receive what I order. I am utteru dissatisfied and will not be returning.
First of all, they had someone untrained on the till, not her fault of course, but she did overcharge me for extra hollandaise sauce, I asked another lady to make sure they put extra extra hollandaise sauce on my bagel seeing as how they charged me for it, they then proceed to make the ones ordering from the till wait longer than 15mins because their priority was the drive thru customers, look I get it but then I finally get back to work and I'm missing a cheeseburger from my order and everything is cold, and my hash browns are cold and crumbled. Didn't bother going back for a refund coz I was at work, we only get a half hour for smoko but would like to be compensated somehow, that's my reason for rating it a 1 star.
Very Rude and arrogant Staff, you're allowed to use the App's coupons in store one per person but when using the drive thru you are expected to drive thru AGAIN and AGAIN for each coupon/Person. What a waste of time for everyone involved in the Drive thru , guess they don't consider the environment with this ridiculous rule!
