Zimbali's Mountain Cooking Studio

What a great experience! eating is very good and authentic Jamaican. the environment is very cold and it is easy to socialize with everyone. the road is a bit rough to get the hill up and down, but the whole thing is worth meeting. I'm glad we made it and I'm happy to visit again.

Silent is the norm at zimbali. relaxed is the standard emotional. cuisine is exceptional. a must for anyone who wants to venture on the beaten away and want to experience something very special.

Zimbali is a fabulous place with an amazing atmosphere and great experience. chef chef alecia is a big cook and we can not wait to go back and stay for a few days to enjoy the full zimbali experience!

A unique experience, chef alecia puts on a great show and feeds them well. most meal times are vegetable with the entree that offers its choice of protein. the farm tour includes a walk on the mountain with a breathtaking view. eating is delicious. everything is carefully plated. we enjoyed all night African lights. highly recommended!

This is an absolute hidden gem. The place and people are wonderful, the food is exceptional! Would of visited multiple times during our two week stay in Jamaica if it wasn’t fully booked! Awesome place, definitely should not be missed!
