Many diners reported delays in receiving their orders, with some meals arriving overcooked. Celebrations often went unnoticed, and the restaurant's ambiance struggled under the weight of disorganization. Despite the culinary highs, it appears guests may leave feeling overlooked, balancing the allure of an unforgettable setting with the reality of uneven service.
Rockhouse is the place that rocks! this place is my favorite place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. their employees, atmosphere, ambiente and eating are amazing. I love rockhouse
We had a lovely table on the cliff, but unfortunately, due to a light rain, all diners were seated under the deck. The service felt a bit disorganized; we waited an hour for our dinner and no one checked in to offer drinks or refill our water. My partner's meal had to be sent back because it was overcooked, and by that time, we had already waited too long. I also had an open reservation to celebrate my birthday, but there was no acknowledgment of it, even though other tables received a joyful song. Overall, everything was disappointing, and we won’t be returning.
I'm not sure why they bother with open table reservations. They insisted we didn't have a reservation, even though we knew we did. It took them 24 hours to acknowledge our reservation, which we found hard to believe. There were plenty of open tables, yet they still wanted to argue with us. It was not the best way to kick off the evening. The food was decent, as usual, but it felt a bit overpriced compared to other nearby options.
The food and service were outstanding. The atmosphere and the view were incredible.
The food was fantastic! Even though we arrived quite late, the staff was very accommodating and made us feel welcome.
