Had heard so many good things about this restaurant so we were pretty excited to be there. Food was amazing, from the Brussels sprouts to juicy pork chop, tender duck breast, everything was delicious. Too bad the service wasn’t as great. Another thing is that we were seated closed to the back/ kitchen door and it was cold. We had to put our coat back on after 10 minutes waiting for the waiter/waitress. It’s first tim... The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Definitely will be back!
Great food. I heard there are no seed oils in their friers, just beef tallow, which is really hard to find in restaurants these days. If this is true wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
Wonderful little place in downtown Neenah! Very delicious Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options available Parking: Free parking along both sides of the street as well as a free parking garage right behind the restaurant
Fantastic world class locally sourced food made from scratch perfect for the adventurous. Not the place for the steak and fried food crowd. Our dinners were some of the best food my wife and I have had anywhere in the world(and I’m not kidding). Vegetarian options are always available, my wife had an incredible Green Goddess salad unlike anything she’d ever had. The Morel special I ordered was so unbelievable I refused to given up my plate until bread was somehow found to allow me to mop up the sauce. Extensive drink menu and unique desserts.
Fantastic cocktails and food, just be prepared to pay for it. I came here and had a fantastic meal after a long business trip. My only criticism is portion size relative to the price which I should have been aware of after checking out the menu beforehand. If you’re looking for a delicious meal this is the place to be, but expect smaller portions of extremely high quality (and local! food. The service was fantastic it’s clear the wait staff and kitchen care about what they do. Would definitely come back here for a special occasion but I’d be prepared to spend a bit more than I was initially prepared for. Definitely a pleasant surprise in the land of “burgers and fries” that is Midwest cuisine. It’s no wonder this place was packed on a Wednesday night!
