What alex walsh doesn't like about Tom's Drive In:
The building is falling apart. The staff can’t seem to get orders correct. We also have been eating gluten free and recently started enjoying Toms again. But they just can seem to get things right. They give you a deconstructed version of what ever burger you order and most of the time they are missing items. This last one takes the cake…. I ordered online for pick up and the process was super easy. I think the only thing they should’ve mentioned online was that if you ordered ice cream you should go to the front and ask for it. I think if I had someone else pick it up for me it could have been missed but I really like the food vault. It’s super easy and convenient. Inside was clean and there’s WiFi and places to sit. Chicken sandwich was over cooked,fries were overdone and cold and the Tom's Special sandwich was also overcooked, pizza burgers had no sauce on them
Worst Black cows we ever had. If I wanted a root beer float I would have asked for one.
