Snowy Cabin - Neenah

This place is great. Quiet, comfortable and elegant. I love the beds Hilton always has and today I am in the Junior Suite and it is huge. 648 sq ft and very nice. I have a lot with my points and also money. Pays less that a regular room costs. And the cookies are meant to die for,warm and gooey and tasty.

No problems. Hot water in the shower. Bed was super comfortable. Could be calmer (hear noise), but not bad. Great location. The reception was friendly. I like having the option for a real key or using my phone as a key.

First time to stay here, staff in front friendly and professional. All clean. The chloride pool was very strong I went with my son (deaddler) and he did not stop coughing while we were at the pool. I liked the decorations in the main lobby. I want to stay.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. I stayed for several days and asked for housekeeping to pick up garbage and refill coffee every day they did. The reception staff was very nice and helpful.

Midwestern hospitality personified. Many thanks to Tammy for bending over backwards to accommodate my wife and I after our reservation through a third party was screwed up. She explained the situation, got us a room anyway, told me how to best clear it up, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. She even apologized for our inconvenience that she had nothing to do with. Unbelievable customer service (in a great way! .
