We go here often. They offer gluten free bread; which is a huge selling point for me. I have Celiac Disease and not many sub shops have options for me. I ordered a sub online but soon realized that I had chosen the wrong item. I quickly canceled the order, expecting a refund. However, Jersey Mike's informed me that I wouldn’t be getting a refund because they had already started preparing my order, despite the fact that I canceled it just two minutes after placing it. Only one in the drive thru and it took 15-20 minutes to get one sandwich. Also, they forgot my chips that I assumed were in the bag.
I absolutely love your sandwiches. I've ate in and did take out. Ive tried 3 different sandwiches and loved all of them. Need one closer to my house.

The food tasted good, and ordering online was really simple. Picking up the order was quick and easy. My review mainly comes from the disappointment that is ordering a sub as a bowl. I have attached a photo, it tasted alright but had very little vegetables in the bowl for the price. It was not nearly as much as is shown in the app. The order also was supposed to have extra meat but definitely appeared to not have extra and was less than is shown on the app. While it tasted good it is not worth the price of $11 that the item cost.
