My main issue is that there was complet... read more I ordered the chicken tikka masala soup to go, and while the soup was quite tasty and flavorful, it wasn't spicy at all. My main issue is that there was completely no chicken in it. I even checked my order on the app when I got home to confirm that I hadn't ordered a vegetarian option, but no, there was not a single piece of chicken in the entire bowl. As for kid-friendliness, my kids really enjoy the mac and cheese and the cookies!

The service is disappointingly slow, and to exacerbate matters, there were numerous mistakes in my order. The overall experience was far from the usual standard expected from Panera Bread. If you value a comfortable dining environment and prompt service, this particular location might not meet your expectations.
