The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a welcoming place, especially for those new to craft beer. They are knowledgeable and ready to assist you in finding the perfect beer to suit your taste. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with soft drinks available for kids. It's also a fantastic spot to watch the game or catch up with friends.

I sat at the bar and started with some appetizers. I then placed an order for pizza and waited for 45 minutes, only to have the waiter/bartender inform me that my order had never been submitted. While I could have been understanding about the situation, it was frustrating that during the entire wait, the waiter was busy laughing and chatting with other staff and didn’t check on me even once.

I had a fantastic experience at this brewery in downtown Nederland, Texas. They offer a wonderful selection of beers, and everything I tasted was excellent. Their pizzas are also packed with flavor. The service from the staff was outstanding.

A few weeks later, we attempted to return with my parents and grandparents, but the place was quite packed. While this can happen, what was particularly frustrating was the lack of handicap-accessible seating. They only offer booths and high chairs with small, hard seats that wouldn't be comfortable for my 78-year-old grandfather. So even if the restaurant wasn't crowded, we wouldn't have been able to dine there. I wish they had more accessible tables for those with disabilities. Additionally, the space is relatively small, which means noise carries a lot, making it difficult to have a conversation when it's busy.
