We stopped at this hotel for one night on our way home. Very warm welcome, the staff was very friendly, dogs are accepted without batting an eyelid (two on our side). What Patrick Bouissière doesn't like about Le Volcan Sancy Montania:
The welcome is pleasant. Thanks to the team. But the insulation in the room is catastrophic, it feels like a station hall and that’s a bit of a shame. A point of improvement. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4 View all feedback.
We stopped at this hotel for one night on our way home. Very warm welcome, the staff was very friendly, dogs are accepted without batting an eyelid (two on our side). We were able to dine in the restaurant where the food was very good and plentiful. We didn't have time to take advantage of the hotel's location but it was ideally placed for us on the road. I am removing one star because we had a room on the ground floor which overlooked the entrance to the building and was therefore a little noisy in the morning with people coming and going. The shower did not have a curtain so there was a small flood at the end of the shower (I imagine, however, that the room is perfectly suited for disabled people)

We celebrated our wedding on September 2 at Volcan Sancy. For the occasion, we had privatized the restaurant and reserved all the rooms in the hotel. This event was organized a little last minute (first visit barely 5 months before the party, which is short for a wedding). However, everything was perfect thanks to the immense involvement of the room manager, Jonathan, who was attentive, inventive, responsive. All the staff (room, cleaning, kitchen) have always been smiling and pleasant. Special mention to the people who performed the service during the meal at the table and to the chef who knew how to adapt when he took up his post after the surprise departure of the previous chef with whom we had already validated everything. This stressful event was a great success thanks to all of you. We will be sure to recommend you. THANKS !
When we got here, we had more of the idea that we got to a driver's restaurant. Fellow enlightenments, right next to a crowded crossroads that we hadn't bothered at night. The restaurant is looking despite all sorts of decoration attempts to be awkward, which is mostly the lighting. During our stay, the roof was renewed what will be a huge fix-up. Special compliment to the staff that was extremely considerate, helpful and kind. That made a lot, say everything, all right. Needs a lot of potential and a lot of visitors to continue investing so go especially! Rooms: Space room with small, modified bathroom and separate toilets. Clean and clean. The room was lowly, despite attempts as bed lights. There was room enough for a seat but this one was missing. The agency was taken for half by a TV that made there little room for your own stuff. The bed attacked us very badly. It cracked and there was a very thin pillow. It was pretty quirky, co-counseled because the door was squirted and a huge crack under the door. The shower was fantastic. Food drinks: We didn't love it, but it was brought with very much enthusiasm and served. At least it wasn't on the staff's efforts. Noteworthy details: Tip: 1) towel hooks are in the wrong place. 2) toilet seats better quality 3:
