i tend to order from this place and i have to say, some of the best chips ever! best chippy in neath!!!! reasonably priced especially for the amount you get!! food has always been delivered hot aswell! and the delivery drivers are nice!!! Customer service absolutely appalling. The lady over the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful to me this evening. Ordered 2 meals and was told to wait an hour after waiting an hour and 20 minutes called them to ask how long and was told the driver was on the way.
