Place is absolutely disgusting do they even clean or do a deep clean.. staff are rude highly un recommend terrible place

Good with orders inside, but when using the drive through they have forgotten to give me my chips on more than one occasion, and when I rang them they said too go back and pick them up but it wasn't worth driving two miles for a £1.49 large fries. Only reason I go there now is because it's the only place open when I finish work. Ice cream machine is always down

Staff not very helpful,every time we order from this restaurant somethings missing do not order from here disgraceful. We will not be ordering again

Got to say they got my order correct this time but they need to fill up the frys and top up the drinks both were not full

Had a meal the other night and the food was burnt and cold. I asked for no onions in the cheese burger hoping they will make fresh ones, to my surprise they just scraped the onions out the burger and put in extra ketchup which was leaking all out the sides of the burger. It looked like a prank that someone has done on me. I was talking to someone about my experience and they showed me photos of a similar thing that happened to them. Someone that prepares the burgers in the kitchen obviously doesn't like their job so they have fun by doing stuff to customers food. What else are they up to in that kitchen? Environmental health need to visit and the management need to kick out the ones that doing this. The manager gave me my refund and offered me a free meal, no thanks not again! It cost me fuel to return back to the restaurant and I had two hungry toddlers with me, who were crying. Never again will I visit the McDonald's in Skewen (A465) Go in the day time you will get nice food, go in the night time you will get bad quality food.
