Changvita is a cafeteria, a pastry shop, a place for healthy dining, and also a place where you can buy bio products. In short, Changevita always meets your needs!! It's become a must when you get it in the area! !

I participated in the first event of the Naples Healthy Week as for other events I could not.It was interesting this happened @Cambiovita that with a game of words it intends to make us understand the lexical meaning of changing life towards the physical and psychological well-being of a healthier diet that necessarily does not mean by sick .Voler well to your body is a form of love... The owner, an experienced nutritionist had a good idea to open this multitasking store I would add: it is market, restaurant, bar but also rich in food wellness tips. For the event, in addition to the Magdalene CM and to new and old yelper always pleasant to review, we tasted liquorice juice, twisted with organic flour and the centrifuged cicchetto of pineapple/mela/zenzero/finocchio.. Very good even if in my stomach I said it was a cicchetto of rum and pear..sai not to impress him with these new intruders; Scherzi apart was very interesting the chat with the propretaria that along with his boyfriend had an original idea. Open only at lunch and I swore to go it proposes the interesting Diet at home: all organic products and food well-being cooked and brought to your home with lender timing (5 days detox/week/monthly).

I met this place on the occasion of the Naples Healthy Week. It was a real discovery. Varia between bio store, restaurant and bar. A nice and cozy place to relax and do good. Raffaella, the owner is nutritionist, loves his work and dedicates all himself, very helpful for any explanation and question. I tasted the citrus cake and an excellent centrifugal draining with apple, pear,ananas and ginger that surprised me pleasantly. I also found the idea of home diet brilliant.

I've had so many times this place but, convinced that it was just a store where I could buy bio products, before the Naples Healthy Week I never entered. The place is small but welcoming and the owner, Raffaella, besides being a nutritionist is a really nice person. He told us about the local philosophy and the services available as the innovative home diet, ideal for those who want to get back in shape but no desire to put themselves to the stoves! I didn't taste the citrus cake (from the 'excellent appearance) and the centrifugal, but I'm sure they were excellent according to the reviews of the other yelpers. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a healthy lunch or snack! And if something you ate, it strikes you particularly.. take a look at the shelves, because there are so many products you can buy!

We assume that eating well is not necessarily eating bad. In fact! Healthy cuisine often creates a perfect combination of taste and feel good! And that's exactly what I've perceived as a camouflage. Wonderful and welcoming location that allows a delicious lunch or coffee break. Ah! The quinoa really exists I swear!! It's not a metropolitan legend! : D ...I look forward to coming back!
