The soft serve is incredible—creamy and fluffy. However, we ordered a butter beacon soft serve, and it tasted like cotton candy. I'm not sure if our order got mixed up with someone else's or if there was some residual flavor from the machine.
I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. I saw an employee unload a shopping cart filled with fries and other items, and then he went straight to prepare my food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. It was pretty unappetizing. I was quite hungry and tried to eat it, but I couldn’t finish my meal—it felt like a waste. Additionally, my daughter ordered a large ice cream in a dish, and the server asked us three times what size we wanted, even though we had already said large each time.
What a fantastic spot to grab some ice cream or a snack! The large ice cream cones are truly enormous—you definitely won't be shortchanged on quantity.
