We visited during a very busy lunch service. As a family of 7 we expected to wait a little while for a table and after about 10 minutes they managed to find us a space. The lovely waitress, Stephanie, explained that they were a staff member down in the kitchen and she was switching between helping her mum in the kitchen and serving on the restaurant. They forgot about a dish we ordered, that's bad. They brought something we didn't order, even worse. The food isn't that great, in Alentejana they mixed meat with meat of the day before. Then the waitress came to us, asked if we needed anything. I didn't complain about anything as I'm vacation mood but the waitress noticed we had empty plates on the table and didn't take them out.
