We cannot recommend those restaurant enough. The food was incredible and the service was very friendly! It feel very authentic, and although it doesn’t look like much from the outside, it is one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten. View all feedback.
What Value checker doesn't like about Conchina Da Nazare:
We ordered the grilled sea bass for lunch, and noted: 1. The fish was cooked or finished on a small portable grill outside, like another place. 2. The fish was pre-salted. Perhaps they are too used to salted cod. 3. Lots of older men sitting around, watching us eat or the TV. A bit disconcerting. 4. Prices are OK, but not cheaper than other restaurants nearby. 5. They don't take credit cards, which is a detail Tripad... View all feedback.
Definitely a local hangout with gents hanging out watching the television. Small restaurant no English spoken. It was a wait for the food and we were unsure we would receive what we ordered. The wait was well worth it! The seafood stew was delicious and substantial, and the squid my husband ordered was excellent. No credit cards accepted so be prepared.
Really nice authentic local restaurant. We ordered monkfish with rice, tasted amazing. We had a local crew with old guys with sixpence’s watching football by our side, and on top of that it was carnival so the other tables were filled with locals in costumes. Definitely my most memorable meal in Portugal, but I would like to underline that the food was really good.
We slept 2 nights in Nazare' and est 4 Times in this Place. Simply the best restaurante both for me and my wife: fresh fish grilled

The food was excellent! Portuguese cuisine at it’s best! A real find and worth a visit. We ordered grilled sea bass, squid and sardines and a rice and fish stew on a Monday lunchtime, all of which was plenty for four of us. The owner lit the outdoor bbq and simply cooked it for us while we waited (salivating).
