Java - Naxxar

My friend and I tried the Vegan Poke Bowls and Vegan Shakes from Java in Naxxar last Saturday. The location is beautiful, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable (€9.50 for Poke Bowls, €3.50 for fruit shakes). However, the service was very slow (we waited 45 minutes for our food) with no explanation or apology, even though it was not very busy.

The prices were reasonable too, with Poke Bowls costing €9.50 each and fruit shakes only €3.50, which were also delicious. However, the service was very slow as we waited 45 minutes for our food with no explanation or apology, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When I inquired about the delay, I received no satisfactory response.

We discovered this charming little cafe in Naxxar and were impressed by everything - from the delicious smoothies and juices to the Moroccan hummus and chickpea bread. We will definitely be returning, especially since we are based in Naxxar. The wait time was reasonable and the prices were fair. I highly recommend this place!
