We will definitely be returning, especially since we are based in Naxxar. The wait time was reasonable and the prices were fair. I highly recommend this place!

The prices... read more A friend and I decided to try the Vegan Poke Bowls and Vegan Shakes at Java in Naxxar last Saturday. The location was lovely and the food was tasty. The prices were reasonable too, with Poke Bowls costing €9.50 each and fruit shakes only €3.50, which were also delicious. However, the service was very slow as we waited 45 minutes for our food with no explanation or apology, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When I inquired about the delay, I received no satisfactory response.

The positive aspects were the beautiful location, delicious food, and good value for money (poke bowls priced at €9.50 each, fruit shakes only €3.50 and very tasty). However, the negative aspect was the very slow service as we waited 45 minutes for our food without any explanation or apology, even though it was not particularly busy. I had to ask what was causing the delay.
