Placed an order online to pick up. Went through the drive-thru weighted 20 plus minutes and somehow they still manage to mess up the order even though it was placed before I got View all feedback.

This location is a bit dingy inside. The service was slow and the burger was so greasy the wrapper was soaked, could barely eat it.
I love this jack in the box only because of Bella. Hearing her voice on the intercom when taking my order just puts me in a good mood. Then the food ontop of it. She's never messed up my order like others on the drive thru and even tho I've been parked few times. Bella brings out my order with courtesy and politeness.
This place has doubled its food prices, and the items get smaller and smaller. The quality isn't what it used to be either. $30 for two people!?!?! Totally ridiculous.
Service was great, food was fresh and hot. The only problem was my son's burger was someone's special order and not what my son ordered. Love the shakes though.
