Burger King - Navy Yard City

Well run, clean, quality Burger King location, easy parking, short wait time when I visited for lunch between meetings on the go.

Just went here. The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and the burger I ordered seriously looked like the ads!When it comes to fast food, most of the time great service gets overlooked. This time, it really is worth a mention!

Not constantly open due to staffing issues. Can't count on it heading to work in morning.. Downtown and West Bremerton are more reliable but staff in East Bremerton always friendly and service is good, when open. Food is good but drive thru is hit and miss in the morning weekends and sometimes lunch.

There is a particular African-American male that works at this location who does the drive-through every day. He wears a do rag under his hat. His customer service is terrible. He doesn't say hi. I placed an order through the drive-through. Came up to the window, he says, just enough to take your money and nothing else. No, thank you, no, how is your day doing, no, have a nice day, nothing, I asked for zesty sauce when I placed my order and as I was trying to leave I realized I didn't have the zesty sauce in the bag so I sat there for a few minutes while he had his back turn to the window. I ended up having to go back through to get the zesty sauce , he tells me to go ahead and pull forward me the zesty sauce and shut The window. No apology or anything else I have come to this location several times, and when this man is not being unfriendly with his customers, he's usually sitting in his Durango. That's parked backwards in front of the front door and listening to music or smoking or whatever he does. It's just a really bad look for this company. He has no professionalism and no customer service skills whatsoever.

I like selection that BK has. the food is pretty good but you can tell it's definitely fast food. More times than I can count the burgers will be lukewarm and not quite the freshest, but all in all the food is more then edible. I would suggest this fastfood restaurant over the majority of its competition.
