The worst service experience ever.. Looking like they are not having enough waiters/waitresses.. We wait 30min to take the order.. They saw us 3-4time waiving to come. One of the guy took the order for a table next to us even if they came 10min after us. But when I ask if he can help, he said 'I will send my colleague '

A very disappointing experience: from the staff to the food. I don't recommend it to anyone!!! No one took our order even if they looked so many times at us. They gave us some menus and then they disappeared. I went to the bar to ask them if they do table service or I must order at the bar. The waiter told me to sit down and then asked me to order hence I was already there. So I placed the entire order at the bar. The table was still full of dishes from the previous people who sat there too. The broths/soups came out quick but cold and spilt on the plate underneath the bowl. My lemonade came out after the food. And they forgot to put the mint. So they literally just took it back from the table without asking me or apologizing. After that, the main course was very average for 32 RON each. We have been asked if we want bread, we said yes and guess what? It arrived 20 mins later. I also ordered a portion of chips and the waiter forgot to tell the kitchen. I had again to go inside and ask about them. Then he said I never ordered them. Embarrasing! So I asked again. Finally, after half an hour, some sad fries arrived on a plate. Absolutely chaos and big prices for what they do there. Such a shame as there are a lot of foreigners coming to Romania and they see this.

Great staff and superb breakfast. Grilled fish for lunch excellent value.

Great food for very low prices. Some food (bruschetta, all soups and all beef meals) were out, but what they had was great and very delicious. Good service, although not much English speaking waiters, but the menu is in Romanian, English and (funny) German.
