I've never had an issue with my order and they always have the oat milk in stock.

They make you wait in the drive thru line literally every time to ?check? if they have what you ordered. 1/2 the time, they do not. Someone from corporate needs to be sent to do some serioustraining for the employees there.

It used to be the worst spot by far, but now it’s operating just as it should.

I was met with a barely audible "wait one second" and stood there wai... read more I walked into Tim Hortons when there was no one else inside, and the drive-thru was empty. I was met with a barely audible "wait one second" and stood there waiting to be served. The employee behind the counter just kept cleaning a lemonade container. After several minutes, a man came out of the washroom and started speaking at length with the staff in another language while I continued to wait. After a few more minutes, I finally asked why I wasn't being served. The staff replied, "I told you to wait a second," and went back to cleaning the lemonade container. Frustrated, I looked at the menu one last time and then left.

T... read more This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The drive-thru service is by far the slowest I've ever experienced. They only open one lane, even when the other lane is backed up past the Esso. They make you wait until your entire order is ready before you can approach the window, which makes the wait even longer. The staff are rude; whenever I pull up to the window, they simply hold out the debit machine without even saying hello. Almost every order I receive is either missing something, incorrect, or they’re out of basic items like Timbits or iced coffee as early as 9 a.m. Being the only Tim Hortons off Highway 1, this should be a quick and friendly stop. However, the staff seem overwhelmed and can’t handle even a small rush. From now on, I’ll wait until I reach the city to get my coffee.
