We went here for lunch with colleagues. They have a normal restaurant and a winding stairs leading up to the AC restaurant. The soup was good, the chicken manchow, albeit slightly spicy. The chicken rogan dish was very heavy with gravy...taste was decent. The decor is average and was decently crowded for a weekend lunch. The starters of prawn and garlic chicken was tasty too. Overall a good restaurant and good experi... View all feedback.
What Balpreet S doesn't like about Midland Restaurant & Bar:
I have visited this restaurant with my colleagues from work several times. The main reason we choose this place is because it is close to our office and is a decent option. It is a good choice for lunch outings. The food is standard and you won't be surprised by anything special. It is worth trying out. View all feedback.
I went to the restaurant on Saturday, July 23rd to order takeaway food. The restaurant has two seating sections - a non-air conditioned ground floor and an air-conditioned first floor. I asked for the takeaway menu and placed my order at the counter on the ground floor. They informed me that the food would take some time to be ready, so I asked for it to be delivered to my residence. The bill for the food arrived from another counter, which I believe was inside the kitchen area, and I paid before leaving. My order was delivered before the promised time. I ordered half tandoori chicken, tandoori roti, and chicken matka biryani. The food was well-packed in foil or cardboard containers and was hot. The tandoori chicken was decently cooked but lacked in spices. The tandoori roti was small in size and made of wheat. The chicken biryani was amazing, with boneless chicken pieces and well-flavored rice. The quantity was good and it is definitely an item I will order again. The raita, green chutney, onions, lemons, and tandoori salad were packed in small plastic pouches inside a brown envelope. Everything was fresh. My total bill came to around 450, which I found to be economical.

Biggest plus of this place is availability of car parking nearby hotel (not of hotel but you will find parking place easily. We went this place on Friday evening with office colleagues and place was full of corporate executives may be Friday night impact. We have to wait for half an hour and got place around 9 pm. Ambience of hotel is good and neatly maintained. However, food over there was average. One thing we found strange was in mix veg (north indian dish) there was lots of greeted coconut tried to make it in coastal style making it terrible. Other food items were average. However, staff over there very very polite, courteous and accommodative. Though we did not enjoyed food much but everyone was really happy with their staff and services. For food will give 2.5 rating but for service it deserves full 5 points.

I am a regular visitor to this place for last 3 years. It is a nice option in Ghansoli Area. The food is good and reasonably prised. The service is also a bit fast. Our favourite dish here is the Mexican Chicken Pot Rice. One can also try the Mutton Biryani.
