I attended my college in panvel and had started quite early in the day. my friend insisted that we have to have a light in the balaji veg restaurant in kharghar. this is a fairly small and presumed place that serves typical South Indian food. but as I said, not judge goes a book through his cover. So good for this place. I had ordered vada sambar, and what crispy light grid visas were that. hot drop and not with oil drop. it made my wonderful breakfast washed down with strong filter coffee. the surprise was the price. for 195 mice we had a complete breakfast and I learned from the owner who managed money that they only use fresh oil every day. no oil is repeated. in contrast to some larger restaurants that keep large bratwoks with oil almost continuously heated, it uses small portions and after some rounds of roast is replaced oil. that explains why such medu vadas felt so lightly. try that when they are in kharghar, not go with acceptance of great ambiente or cute, but not judge the book by the cover.
