Earlier this place used to be quite crowded and needed min waiting on Sunday evening now it is not so. I think services quality has now detoriated. New staff is not well trained. Taste of south Indian food is not upto the mark. Yesterday...the sambar served with Dosa was quite sweet. Service has become poor. Old staff was good and efficient. Need to train their staff properly. Disappointed and will not visit at least next months.

Love the Pav Bhaji, Veg Pizza, Paneer Chilly, Chaats here. Amar does home delivery also. The juices and shakes are also very good here.

I love coming to this place for their perfectly crisp and delicious paper dosa and dal khichdi. I visit here several times a year and always enjoy the ambiance, seating arrangement, cleanliness, and service. I highly recommend it!

Hi We have been regular visitor of Amar since few years now. This is one of best Veg restaurant in Vashi. We frequently visit Amar for lunch on weekend and sometimes for dinner too. Very nice taste of North indian, South indian and all type...of varities they offer. I suggest to try curry Amar Special its north indian dish with green brown gravy, also try Stuff paratha with mix vegetables. We have always enjoyed Malai kulfi other sweets in dessert too. Parking on weekends is little hassle as vertical parking is always full so have to go for valet parking. Amar may keep some slots marked as reserved (if possible). Overall best place for veg family lunch or dinner or snacks in Vashi.
