My family and I went to the restaurant at 4 PM and ordered five large pizzas and two orders of breadsticks to be ready at 6 PM. When we returned at 6 PM, we were informed that there was a large order placed after ours causing a delay of another 30 minutes. This was disappointing and confusing as it should not have affected our order. We returned at 6:30 PM and were told it would be another 20 minutes. The lack of clear communication was frustrating. When we returned at 6:50 PM, we were told our breadsticks were in the oven and the pizzas were just being prepared. We had no time to wait and eat, so we had to cancel the order. The lack of apology, customer service, and management was shocking. Although we won't go hungry, this experience was completely unacceptable.

It was the only lunch option available in town at this time of year. The service was fast and the staff were friendly.

The wings also received 3 stars for not being great and almo... read more The pizza at this restaurant is rated 3 stars for being really chewy and not as tasty as it smells. The wings also received 3 stars for not being great and almost tasting like an attempt at fried chicken. Unfortunately, no sauces were provided. However, the convenience of not having to drive 30 minutes for food is priceless. After being in Nauvoo for four days, it was refreshing to find a restaurant so close to where we were staying. I'm sure these guys do a lot of business in the summer. The service is take out, the meal type is dinner, and the price per person is $1-10.

However, the convenience of not having to drive 30 minutes for food was priceless after being in Nauvoo for four days. It was refreshing to have food so close to where we were staying. I'm sure this place does a lot of business in the summer!
