I recently had dinner there. We were a group of 12 and the restaurant was packed. The restaurant appears to have some ambition to become a reference, bearing in mind that within 10km there are very good options. First impressions were very good. Nice restaurant, well decored. Food: mostly regional dishes plus some not regional and with a modern twist. Prices a bit expensive when compared to similar restaurants. We thought we were off to a good start. Food was good but simply too much as portions were very large. I am disappointed that staff did not help in (i) pointing out we were ordering too much food between starters and entries and (ii) when we tried to cancel at least one of the entries the waiter forgot to tell the kitchen and 15m later when I insisted told me that the dish was already under preparation (it was a steak so if the waiter had acted professionally the first time this would not have happened). I stress trhat other similar restaurants in the area it is quite normal for (more professional) staff to guide us through this. Another waiter dropped used fork/knife over one guest and at least twice and close to us waiters were dropping cuttlery or dishes making quite a fuss. No room for dessert because of the foregoing so some of us had coffee and tea. One of the people in our group had a piece of broken ceramic (probably from another tea cup) inside her cup of tea! She was lucky not to swallow it! Lastly, when we paid, the manager or owner (a lady, I have no idea) was careless in handling the payment by Visa in my case. After having left the table and already out of the door, I had to come back to process payment once again. The whole group was already waiting outside, it was late at night and quite cold. Not good. I will not come back and I do not recommend it.
