The restaurant was clean and well-organized inside. The food was delicious and prepared fresh to order. However, I have to deduct one star due to experiencing food poisoning afterwards. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Subway:
Not really sure how this particular franchise/location is still in business. Their drink cooler/fridge is almost always empty. Their fountain soda machine has been broken for at least 4 months, and heads up to anyone 6’3 or taller because their ceiling fans will scalp you if you’re not careful. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. I was served quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this Subway to anyone in the Natick area.

The food is of excellent quality, and the service is even more exceptional.
Absolutely ridiculous! The rudest employee i have come across. We went in at 8.40 pm for a subway and the woman said “she’s closed”. Google said 9 pm, their door said 9 pm and yet she’d closed it early and just kept repeating that in a very, very cynical way. 0 stars to the franchise, super disappointed!
